We collect only the data needed to operate your account — name, contact details, payment identifiers such as UPI handle or Paytm number, and session activity logs used for security and dispute resolution.

Cookie Controls

On your first visit, a cookie-consent panel lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored for 12 months and can be changed at any time via the privacy settings in your account.

Account Security

Accounts are protected by hashed passwords, two-factor authentication prompts and session-expiry controls. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic email alert to your registered address immediately.

Retention Periods

Active account data is retained for the duration of the account relationship plus the legally required period after closure. Payment logs tied to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are held as required by financial regulations.

Your Request Rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies or submit an erasure request via email. We confirm receipt within one business day and complete most requests within 30 calendar days.
